December  2004 - April 2013,  Los Gatos, CA

Overhauled office operations (billing, scheduling, brochures, forms, website design, and communications), modernizing for customers and complying to regulatory requirements. The overhaul resulted in a significant increase in error reduction, operations efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
